У статті автор визначає основні шляхи удосконалення курсу теорії і методики фізичного виховання рекомендуючи при цьому використання кредитно-модульної системи організації, мультимедійних технологій і використання опорних конспектів текстів лекцій в схематичному і текстовому варіантах
