Вплив тренувального навантаження та часу відновлення на нервово-м'язову працездатність елітних юних футболістів

Актуальність. Управління тренувальним навантаженням і відновленням у молодих елітних футболістів є важливим завданням для оптимізації спортивної результативності при одночасному обмеженні ризику розвитку нервово-м’язової втоми. Вертикальний стрибок із контррухом (VJM) залишається пріоритетним показником нервово-м’язового стану, однак кінетика відновлення після мікроциклів контрастної інтенсивності у юних спортсменів досі недостатньо вивчена.
Мета. Дослідити вплив тренувального навантаження та часу відновлення на нервово-м’язову працездатність шляхом аналізу модулюючого впливу типу мікроциклу, вікової категорії та співвідношення гострого й хронічного тренувального навантаження (ACWR).
Матеріали та методи. У шестимісячному лонгітюдному дослідженні взяли участь 75 елітних футболістів чоловічої статі (U16–U18). Протокол передбачав оцінювання стрибка з контррухом (CMJ) до, а також через 24 год і 48 год після мікроциклів помірної та високої інтенсивності. Для аналізу основних ефектів і взаємодій використовували лінійні змішані моделі.
Результати. Виявлено статистично значущі ефекти типу мікроциклу (F = 69.93, p < 0.001), часу вимірювання (F = 374.48, p < 0.001) та ACWR (F = 7.41, p = 0.007). Мікроцикли високої інтенсивності спричиняли більш виражене зниження показників CMJ через 24 год (β = -1.072, p < 0.001), після чого через 48 год спостерігалося часткове відновлення. Встановлено сильний кореляційний зв’язок між ACWR і змінами показників CMJ через 24 год (r = -0.766, p < 0.001).
Висновок. Через 24 год після мікроциклу існує критичне «вікно» нервово-м’язової втоми, яке модулюється інтенсивністю тренувального навантаження та контекстом тренувального навантаження, що підтверджує доцільність систематичного моніторингу нервово-м’язового стану після мікроциклів високої інтенсивності.
