Чи впливає тренування із силовими тренувальними санями з навантаженням 10 кілограмів на швидкість футболістів-студентів коледжів?

Мета дослідження. Швидкість бігу — це здатність, яка потрібна футболістам для побудови нападу та захисту. Потрібні додаткові дослідження з футболу, у яких застосовують силові тренувальні сани з використанням певних навантажень для покращення бігових здібностей футболістів-студентів коледжів. Метою цього дослідження є аналіз впливу тренування із силовими тренувальними санями з навантаженям 10 кілограмів на швидкість бігу футболістів-студентів коледжів.
Матеріали та методи. У цьому дослідженні використовують кількісний підхід із квазіекспериментальним типом дослідження, при цьому використовують план дослідження з попереднім і підсумковим тестуванням на одній групі. Вибірка, яку використовували в цьому дослідженні, становила 14 студентів, відібраних із генеральної сукупності кількістю 95 осіб із використанням методів випадкової вибірки. Досліджувана вибірка мала такі характеристики: вік 18 ± 0,75 року, зріст 169,42 ± 5,84 см, вага 58,5 ± 4,21 кг, ІМТ 20,44 ± 2,00. Заняття проводили протягом шести тижнів із періодичністю тричі на тиждень. Тест на швидкість бігу на дистанцію 20 метрів використовували як інструмент для збору даних про швидкість. У методиці аналізу даних використовують t-критерій Стьюдента для парних вибірок за рівня значущості (α) 0,05. Як обов’язковий попередній тест використовували критерій Шапіро-Вілка.
Результати. Результати дослідження показали збільшення швидкості бігу гравців, отримане за результатами попереднього тестування 4,48 ± 0,291 та за результатами підсумкового тестування 4,15 ± 0,266 в тесті на швидкість бігу на дистанцію 20 метрів.
Висновки. За результатами аналізу даних із використанням t-критерію Стьюдента для парних вибірок можна дійти висновку про наявність статистично значущого збільшення швидкості бігу футболістів-студентів коледжів, які користуються силовими тренувальними санями з навантаженням 10 кг.
