Вплив фізичної активності на стрес-асоційовані стани у студентів вищих навчальних закладів

Мета дослідження — обґрунтувати вплив фізичної активності на стрес-асоційовані стани студентів вищих навчальних закладів.
Матеріали та методи. Набір даних для побудови моделей складався з 1115 спостережень, 16 незалежних і 3 залежних змінних. В якості основного методу використали метод випадкового лісу, ідея якого полягає в тому, щоб отримати прогноз шляхом агрегування прогнозів набору окремих дерев рішень, кожне з яких навчається на підмножині даних, виділених із досліджуваної вибірки.
Результати. Встановлено, що найважливішим фактором прогнозування стресових станів у студентів є їх рухова активність (РА). Крім того, значну роль у прогнозуванні стресу в студентів відіграють рівні РА, що включають помірні та високі рівні витрат енергії, а також кількість пережитих стресових подій. Для прогнозування стресових станів у студентів вищої освіти за методом випадкового лісу побудовано моделі «Стрес», «Підвищена тривожність», «Ризик ПТСР». Модель «Стрес» мала найвищу якість: її точність склала 0,77, пригадування – 0,86, точність – 0,79, оцінка F1 – 0,82. Модель «Ризик посттравматичних стресових розладів» правильно передбачила 78% випадків, що вказує на її хороші загальні показники, однак вона правильно ідентифікувала лише 23% студентів, які насправді мали ці ознаки. Що стосується стану тривоги, враховуючи те, що він менш стабільний, ніж стрес і посттравматичний стресовий розлад, що може ускладнити навчання моделі, побудована модель мала середню точність 56% і знижувала повноту та збалансованість.
Висновки. Моделі прогнозування підвищеної тривожності та виявлення студентів з ознаками ПТСР потребують подальшого вдосконалення. Розроблені моделі дозволяють оперативно ідентифікувати прояви стресових станів у студентів вищої освіти та на основі використання РА вживати необхідних заходів для запобігання розвитку стресових розладів.
